I ordered personalized water bottles (last minute) for a family vacation. When I started my search, I couldn't find any that would ship on time. I reached out to Holly (late in the evening and apparently on the night before she was leaving for vacation). She immediately responded and was SO helpful!!! She even helped me with a logo of the location of our family trip! She worked on my order that evening just so it would ship in time!!! The water bottles are a very good quality! My husband tested one by putting it in the sun for 4 hours when it was 87 degrees outside. Four hours later...it still had ice! Thank You so very much Holly!!!! I can't tell you how appreciative I am!!!!!
